​The FRF Fire Collars are retrofit fire-stopping devices designed to maintain the integrity of fire-resistant walls and floors when penetrated by various services. Constructed with a robust steel casing lined with high-pressure graphite intumescent material, these collars expand under high temperatures to seal off openings, preventing the spread of fire and smoke. They are suitable for a range of applications, including plastic pipes and other combustible penetrants, and are available in sizes of 40mm, 50mm, 65mm, 80mm, 100mm, and 150mm. Tested in accordance with AS1530.4-2014 and assessed per AS4072.1-2005, FRF Fire Collars can achieve a Fire Resistance Level (FRL) of up to -/240/240, depending on the specific system configuration. ​
